Update Friday 10/3:West went to Marion Franklin last week. Going into the game Marion Franklin was unbeaten and a tough task for West. Marion came out strong in the first two quarters and led 3-28 going into halftime. West never gave up putting 17 points on the board but coming up a little short with the final score 17-49.

Update Tuesday 9/23:West host Walnut Ridge last night for a make-up game from last friday. West came out strong holding Walnut Ridges running back Brandon Rice to just 30 yards in the first quarter, and 1 TD. Eric Stewart hit Derek Sizemore With a 5 yard pass and tied the game at 7. Going into half tme West trailed 10-21 waiting to get the ball after halftime. Coming out of the half Walnut Ridge steped up the defense and pick Eric Stewart 3 times turning the game out of hand with the final score 17-47.

Update Tuesday 9/9:West lost to Franklin Heights this past week. The game really wasn't ever close with the score 0-20 going into half time. Coming out of half time with the rain it was hard for West to be proficent at their spread with Eric Stewart throwing two interceptions and the score 33-6 going into the money quarter. West came out still fighting with Jamar Johnson running a punt back to the 1 yard line and Eric Stewart punching it in for 6. With that touchdown it made the final score 13-33. West takes on Africentric at home this week game time 7:30pm.

Update Monday 9/2:West beat East 14-0 with 8:01 still in the second quarter due to lightning. Eric Stewart connecting with Dustin Thomas for the only two touchdowns of the game. Come and watch West host Franklin Height this Friday at 7:30pm.

Update Wednesday 8/27:West lost a close game to Paint Valley by 9 points. The game went back and forth with Paint Valley leading at half 15-6. West came out after the half and didn't waste any time with Eric Stewart hitting Dustin Thomas With a 10 yard TD. Unfortunately Paint Valley owned the third quarter and lead 41-12 going into the fourth quarter. West fought back in the fourth quarter and cut the lead to 41-24, With Eric Stewart hitting Quinten Grahm for the last TD which made the final score 32-41.
